So I am very late in updating about my Fracture experience. I contacted them like the instructions said – with an email contained photos of the packaging and the damaged fractures. Less than 8 hours later I had received a response that my two prints were in line to be reprinted and they were in my hands within two days.
While it’s disappointing that my prints came broken, it’s fantastic to know this company stands by their work and will take care of their customers. I am very excited to purchase more.
